If your delivery address is within the UK, there are no extra costs: no packing expenses, freight insurances, local taxes, import duties, handling fees, or delivery charges.
If your delivery address is outside the UK, there'll be one distance-related charge: so call or mail first. If your invoice address is outside the EU, you don't pay VAT.
